Terms of service
Revision of 24 July 2026
This document is a public offer made by the website cs2server.store (the "Service") to enter into a paid service agreement for renting Counter-Strike 2 game servers on the terms set out below.
1. Subject of the agreement
The Service grants the User temporary use of a dedicated CS2 game server in the chosen mode and for the chosen period. After payment the server is created automatically and the User receives the address (IP), port and connection password. Access is partial – for playing: connecting, changing the map and in-game commands from the menu. Full access to the server (files, FTP, RCON, hosting console) is not provided.
2. How the service is delivered
2.1. The User selects a mode and a rental period and pays for it.
2.2. Once payment is confirmed, access to the server is granted automatically, usually within a few minutes.
2.3. The access details are shown in the dashboard and/or sent through the contact method provided by the User.
2.4. When a major Counter-Strike 2 update is released, the server may be temporarily unavailable for 1 to 3 days until full functionality (plugins, modes) is restored. Downtime is compensated – the rental period is extended by the corresponding number of days.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown on the pages of the Service and depend on the chosen mode and period. Payment is made in full in advance. The service is deemed delivered from the moment access to the server is granted.
4. Rights and obligations
4.1. The User undertakes not to use the server for activities that violate the law or Valve's rules.
4.2. The Service may suspend or terminate the service if the terms are breached, with no refund for the remaining period in case of serious violations.
4.3. The Service makes reasonable efforts to keep everything running, but does not guarantee the absence of technical failures caused by game updates, third-party services or force majeure.
5. Refunds
The service is delivered automatically and is considered performed from the moment access to the server is issued, so no refund is made for a server that has already been activated. The exception is when the service was not delivered for technical reasons on the Service's side: the server was not issued in time, or the server that was issued does not work through the Service's fault.
The grounds, the deadlines for submitting and reviewing a claim and the payout procedure are set out in the Refund policy, published on the website as a separate document that forms an integral part of these terms.
6. Contacting the Service
Enquiries are accepted through the ticket system in your dashboard and by email at support@cs2server.store. Response time is up to 24 hours.
7. Final provisions
By paying for the service, the User confirms that they have read and agree to these terms, the Refund policy and the Privacy policy. The Service may change these terms by publishing a new revision on the website.
